UX/UI Designer + Front-End Developer

Designing thoughtful
digital experiences.

I’m Riley, a UX/UI designer with a front-end development background. I combine user-centered thinking, visual design, and technical understanding to create interfaces that are clear, accessible, and realistic to build.

Selected Work

A selection of projects across design and development.

UX/UI, web design, product thinking, and custom front-end development.

Apple Tree Maternity

Featured, Web Design, Web Development

I collaborated with Apple Tree Maternity, a family-focused health practice, to design and develop a fully custom WordPress website that reflects their welcoming, professional, and supportive approach to care. The project involved creating a clean layout, refining content presentation, and implementing responsive design to ensure accessibility across devices. I also incorporated styling and usability improvements to deliver a polished, client-friendly interface that enhances trust and engagement. The result was a modern, user-friendly platform tailored to Apple Tree Maternity’s brand values and the needs of their growing community.

Love From Lupa

Featured, UX/UI Case Studies, Web Design, Web Development

I collaborated with Love From Lupa, a handmade floral jewelry brand from Nelson, BC, to create a custom WordPress site with integrated e-commerce. The project featured clean, narrative-focused design, e-commerce shopping tools, and storytelling about flower preservation and the maker’s journey. It all came together with stunning photography by Amanda Mary Creative, resulting in a cohesive, beautiful, and user-friendly online presence that reflects the delicate artistry of the brand.

The Nest RMT

Digital Graphic Design, Featured, Web Development

I partnered with The Nest RMT, a wellness practice founded by Carlie Hickson, to create a professional e-commerce website that reflects their holistic and research-based approach to care. The project included a full site design and development, social media graphics, and branded Canva templates, along with foundational SEO setup such as plugin configuration, Google Analytics integration, and traffic tracking tools. Guided by a custom style guide, I translated The Nest’s identity—earth-toned, nurturing, and professional—into a digital experience that feels both calming and trustworthy. The result was a responsive, SEO-optimized platform with consistent branding across web and social media, helping The Nest connect with clients in a clear and engaging way.

Wildberry Physiotherapy

Digital Graphic Design, Web Development, Photography (Headshot)

I worked with Wildberry Physiotherapy to create a modern e-commerce website supported by social media graphics, branded Canva templates, and foundational SEO tools. The project included custom web design and development, brand identity design, and on-site photography to create a cohesive look and feel. The result was a professional, user-friendly platform with consistent branding across web and digital channels, backed by SEO and analytics tools for better online visibility.
